• The spectacles must have been worn by the consumer.

• The consumer must claim through the Optician and provide evidence of purchase when claiming under the scheme.

• The claim must be received within 18 months of the original order.

• The original lenses must be returned along with the original order information & form.

• Only one pair of lenses can be claimed under this guarantee.

• The replacement lenses will be to the same specification as the original order.

• No credit is available under this scheme.
